What “transitioning” means. Being aware of the experiences of team members whose sex assigned at birth doesn’t match their gender is crucial for providing effective support.
Our mentoring program helps individuals and organisations to provide better understanding and diverse inclusivity.
Meet Kay Holmes
Kay Holmes is our Mentor Program Lead. Kay is based in the North West of England.
Kay has helped many of our members and has a network of other Beaumont members who can assist her nationally.
