We are the largest and longest-established transgender support group in the UK, and we have developed a support network which has been at the forefront of the transgender cross-dressing communities since 1966!

As well as being a support network, the society keenly promotes a better understanding of the conditions of transgender, transvestism and gender dysphoria in society, thereby creating and improving tolerance and acceptance of these conditions by a wider public.

Peer Support Groups

Our peer support groups are designed to provide a safe space for members to share their experiences and receive support from others who understand their journey. These groups are facilitated by trained volunteers who ensure a respectful and confidential environment.

Educational Workshops

We offer a variety of educational workshops aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of transgender issues. These workshops are open to all and cover a range of topics, from legal rights to healthcare access.
